Description
Rotary screw feeding for automated assembly
The NSRI rotary screw feeder presents individual screws at a defined pickup position for automated screwdriving systems. A front through-beam sensor supports screw detection and positioning for robotic vacuum pickup. The compact unit is designed for integration with XY-axis machines, three-axis machines and four-axis screwdriving robots.
Key features
- Rotary indexing disc for individual screw presentation.
- Adjustable rail width from 1.0 to 5.0 mm.
- Signal output for integration with automated equipment.
- Disc options and custom configurations for M1–M5 applications, subject to screw compatibility.
- NSRI mechanical and FT-618-NSRI digital-display configurations are illustrated.
