Three-Point Arc XY
ARC_THREE_POINT_XY · V4.23XY arc through explicit start, intermediate and end points.
Requires multi-axis interpolation mode.
Hexadecimal notation is used for IDs, indexes, modes and sentinel values where applicable. Physical quantities (such as pulses, milliseconds and pulse/s) remain in their native units. Macro names are shown only when defined by the firmware.
Input parameters
| Parameter | Initial value | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
Start Xstart_x | 1000 | Explicit three-point arc start X in pulses; must match MCU current position. |
Start Ystart_y | 0 | Explicit three-point arc start Y in pulses; position there before execution. |
Via Xvia_x | 2000 | Arc intermediate X in pulses; avoid coincident/degenerate or collinear points. |
Via Yvia_y | 1000 | Arc intermediate Y in pulses. |
End Xend_x | 1000 | Arc end X in pulses. |
End Yend_y | 2000 | Arc end Y in pulses. |
Initial values are editor defaults for a newly inserted instruction; configure them for the actual machine.
Execution and usage
- Avoid collinearity and invalid integer center/radius geometry. Host checks travel; MCU also checks the current start.
